It has a very unique, elevated walkway that leads to the creek viewing deck and the front of the cabin consists of many large windows and a covered “V” porch emboldened with large timber beams. The windows are enhanced by hewn log siding and gray rock work. Large boulders and cedar rail fences add to the decor. Another popular attraction is the fire pit which took days to construct. The fire pit will enhance your getaway. This is a roomy, two bedroom cabin.
The Elk Horn is located on the head Yashaw Creek (water is seasonal) and is a refreshing place as mentioned by the owner and author of the above poem.
